PROPERTY OVERVIEW

These unique lands, in the context of both Ireland and Europe, are at the heart of Dublin Airport and will be vitally important to any significant future development of the airport. A number of key stakeholders including the Department of Transport, the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) and Fingal County Council (Local Authority) have alluded to the lands being a preferred location for a third airport terminal as capacity levels have been exceeded in recent years. The property comprises greenfield development lands, irregular in shape and predominantly in agricultural use, extending to a total area of approximately 106 ha (261 acres).

The lands, which are zoned for “DA / Dublin Airport use”, are bound by the Dublin Airport apron to the east, the original runway to the south, a new (2022) second runway to the north and greenfield lands to the west. The surrounding area benefits from an excellent road network including the M50, M2 and M1 motorways.

The lands generally have a level topography throughout and include two farm houses and several farming outbuildings which can be provided with Vacant Possession at short notice. The lands are available for sale in three separate parcels or in its entirety per the aerial image below and map overleaf.
